Hints & Tips

When ordering your wedding stationery, thing to bear in mind are quantities. Remember that you wont be sending each guest an invitation as many will be in a couple or family group so only one invitation is required. This also applies to the order of service as again, these can be shared among guests.

If you are working to a tight budget, instead of sending both your day & evening guests the same invitation style, such as a pocket card, consider choosing a flat style card for the evening guests as usually less information needs to be supplied so a cheaper alternative can be used.

Save the date cards are very helpful if you have planned your wedding for a busy 'holiday' time of the year or you are planning to marry abroad. Save the date cards are aimed more at your day guests so they can prepare in advance for accommodation etc, again remember that many of your guests will be part of a couple.

Place cards that match your chosen wedding stationery look impressive but again if you are working to a tight budget why not chose the 'Ribbon Tag' option which can be tied on to the napkins on the tables. We are able to supply the ribbon tags in the same colour scheme of your wedding stationery so everything will tie in. Alternatively the 'Simplicity' range of on the day stationery is a budget friendly range

Another alternative for a place card is to choose the flat DL menu and have your guest name printed at the top. This will then give each guest a copy of the menu as well.
