Before placing an order we always recommend that you purchase a sample of your chosen design so you can see the quality of the invitation and check colours etc, alternatively, if you live local to Carlisle you can arrange an appointment at our office studio to view our designs and discuss your requirements.

To proceed with an order simply get in touch via our contact page or give us a call at the office telling us which design you would like, your wedding date and ideally when you would be looking to have your invitations ready for. We will then send you through an order form to complete via email or post, which ever is your preference.

If you require 'on the day' stationery, a second booking slot will be added to the diary the month before your wedding date.

If you would like to pre-book into our diary, which is always recommended as we can fill up fast, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure the production space. You then wont be required to make another payment until work progresses on the proofs and we have your final numbers. We will send you an invoice with your proofs which will need to be paid before any work will commence.

Any additional 'on the day' stationery will be charged for separately nearer to your wedding date once you have confirmed your requirements and numbers.

We accept payment by cheque, cash, bank transfer and Paypal. Our preferred method is by bank transfer but we will understand if you would rather use one of the alternative methods.

Proofs are sent digitally in PDF format via email for you to check. It is vital that you check these thoroughly as any errors found after approval and production has started cannot be reversed, even if the error is down to Weddinvites. Proofing is required to ensure no mistakes have been made by either party.

Orders can be collected from our office in Carlisle if you are local, otherwise we send our packages by courier. Each package sent is charged at £10, for example if you order invitations followed by 'on the day' stationery you will be sent 2 separate parcels so an overall total of £20. Our table plans incur a separate £10 delivery charge as these will be sent separate to any 'on the day' stationery due to the size and weight of the frame.

Our current courier is DPD and a signature will be required upon delivery, we can however deliver to an alternative address if your home address isn't convenient.

We strongly recommend that when you place your order for invitations you request a number of blank invitations that you can write guests names in yourself. Nine times out of ten a customer will contact us after they have received their invitations to request another small quantity as they haven't ordered enough. We are more than happy to oblige but must point out that we work to a tight schedule with orders and therefore it is usually a case of working overtime to produce extras, we therefore have now imposed a £10 admin fee to cover costs.
